Malpua-
Mixing- Start with mashing of Bananas. Then mix smashed banana with Maida, Sugar, Dry Fruits into milk. Make the whole mix semi liquid.
Heating- Once the mix is ready, take a vessel and heat some oil. Now put one-one kalchi of mix into heated oil. Cook it on medium and slow flame gradually. When it becomes brownish red take out from the pan and put it on the tissue paper for extracting extra oil.
