RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns are applicable only on orders shipped within India.
We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged and in an unused condition.
If you have received a damaged product, please write to us at info@familyscript.com to facilitate the return or exchange of the product within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order. We ask that you include images of the product showing the damage to help our quality control team authenticate the damage claim. Once approved, we will replace the product.
Returns/refunds/replacements are not applicable on orders placed during the Sale period.
For customized orders, no returns or exchanges are applicable.
Sets
If you have received a damaged product that is part of a set, please note the entire set will have to be returned for an exchange or refund. So, we ask that you keep the entire set intact to ensure an easy return process.
CANCELLATION
We do not accept any cancellation requests.

If you have entered an incorrect PIN code or contact number, please write to us at info@familyscript.com to rectify the issue. Please note that we can update the correct code or number only if the order has not been processed by our shipping partner (until the status of the order remains unfulfilled).
SHIPPING INFO
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders typically take 4-5 working days to be processed and dispatched (unless otherwise mentioned in the product description section). Once dispatched, delivery takes 2-7 working days, depending on the delivery pin code. If the order includes more than one item, the dispatch time will be determined by the item that takes the longest to be dispatched.
Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and Gazetted holidays. Unforeseen circumstances like strikes, which affect business operations or force businesses to close down for the day, will be considered non-working days and impact delivery timelines.
On delivery day, our courier partner will attempt to contact you through a call or SMS to hand over your package. Please note the courier partner will make three attempts to deliver your order. If the partner is unable to reach you, the order will be returned to us.
Following are the shipping charges for pan-India:
Standard shipping charges are INR 150 pan India.
In keeping with COVID-19 guidelines, there might be delays in the dispatch and delivery of orders.
